Changing your native and target language in the Mondly app is a straightforward process. Follow the steps below based on your device:
For iOS Devices:
- Open Mondly: Launch the app on your device.
- Access your profile: Tap the icon located in the upper-left corner of the screen.
- Select your Language: Go to the first card, and click on the pen
- Change Native/target Language: To change your native/target language, simply tap on the language and choose it from the list.
Note: Your target and native languages cannot be the same. If you cannot select a language, it may already be in use. Temporarily choose a different language to enable the desired selection.
For Android Devices:
- Open Mondly: Launch the app on your Android device.
- Tap the Flag Icon: Locate and tap the flag icon in the top-left corner of the screen.
- Select Languages: Choose your native and target languages from the list.
Note: As with iOS, your target and native languages cannot be the same. If a language is unavailable for selection, it may already be in use. Temporarily select another language to enable your choice.
