It is possible to access content offline by downloading specific categories on the Mondly app. Below are the instructions for downloading content on iOS and Android devices:
For iOS Devices:
- Tap on the profile icon located in the top-left corner.
- Scroll down to the 'Download content' section.
- Select and download the specific categories of interest.
For Android Devices:
- Tap the Profile icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap on Settings, represented by a gear icon in the top-left corner.
- Scroll down to 'Offline downloads.'
- Select and download the specific categories of interest.
Please Note: Certain materials, such as Chatbot scenarios, are not available for offline access.
