Open the Mondly app
Tap Log in / Sign up
Tap the Log in tab
Tap Forgot your password?
Enter your email address
Tap Reset your password
You will receive an email with a link to create a new password. Once you save the new password, you will be prompted to log in again.
💻 On the Mondly website
Go to app.mondly.com
Click Log in / Sign up
Tap the Log in tab
Click Forgot your password?
Enter your email address
Click Reset your password
Check your inbox for the reset link.
🛠 Troubleshooting Steps
You get the message: “Oops, something went wrong” when you put your email
This usually means your account was created with Google, Apple, or Facebook login, and doesn’t have a password. Try logging in with the same method you used when you first signed up.
You don’t receive the password reset email
Check your Spam or Promotions folders
Make sure you entered the correct email address
If still not working, contact us at support@mondly.com.
The reset link is expired or not working
If the link in your email is no longer valid, please contact us at support@mondly.com and we’ll help you reset your password.
