How do I change my sign-in email address?

You can update the email address linked to your Mondly account directly from the app or the website.
Once changed, you’ll use the new email to log in.

📝 Detailed Instructions:

🤖 On Android:

  1. Open the Mondly app

  2. Tap the Profile icon at the bottom of the screen

  3. Tap the Settings wheel in the top-left corner

  4. Tap Edit Profile

  5. Tap the Email field

  6. Enter your new email address

  7. Tap Update Email

You can now sign in using the new email.

🍏 On iOS:

  1. Open the Mondly app

  2. Tap your Profile picture in the top-left corner

  3. Tap My Account

  4. Tap the Email field and enter your new email

  5. Tap Save

  6. Tap Save again at the bottom of the screen to confirm the changes

💻 On the Web:

  1. Go to app.mondly.com

  2. Click Settings in the top-right corner

  3. Click on the Email field

  4. Enter your new email

  5. Click Save

❓FAQ

Will I lose my progress or subscription after changing my email?
No. Your account stays the same — only the login email changes.

Can I use an email that was used on another Mondly account?
No. Each email can only be linked to one Mondly account at a time.

However, you can use the same email address for Google, Facebook, or Apple sign-in, as those are treated as separate login methods.
