Upgrading or downgrading your Mondly subscription depends on where you originally made your purchase. Some platforms allow changes directly, while others require canceling and re-subscribing.
🍏 If you purchased through the App Store (iOS)
You can change your subscription (monthly, yearly, or Lifetime) directly in your Apple ID settings:
Open the Settings app
Tap your Apple ID
Tap Subscriptions
Tap Mondly
Select the new plan you want
✅ Your plan will update on the next billing date — no need to cancel first.
🤖 If you purchased through Google Play (Android)
Google Play does not allow direct upgrades or downgrades.
You must cancel your current subscription
Wait for it to expire at the end of the billing cycle
Then purchase the new plan you want from the Mondly app
🌐 If you purchased through the Mondly website (2Checkout/Verifone)
Cancel your current subscription via the email from 2Checkout or at 2Checkout My Account
Wait until it fully expires
Purchase your new preferred plan at mondly.com or through the app.
