If you have a Mondly Family Pack, you can invite others to share your subscription. Below are the steps for adding and removing members, including important recommendations for a smooth setup.
👥 How to add someone to your Family Pack
Open the Mondly app
Tap the gift icon in the top-right corner of the main screen
Type in the email address of the person you want to invite
Tap Send invite
What happens next:
✅ If they already have a Mondly account with that email, Premium access will be activated immediately
✉️ If they don’t have an account, we’ll create one for them and send login details via email
💡 For the best experience:
We recommend that the person you invite creates a Mondly account first before being added

Their account should use the email and password login method
⚠️ If they use Google, Apple, or Facebook to sign in, the system may create a duplicate account or fail to unlock Premium access properly
🗑️ How to remove someone from your Family Pack
To remove a user, please contact our support team directly.
Send an email to support@mondly.com with:
The full name of the person
Their email address used in Mondly
We’ll handle the removal for you.
