Refunds for Mondly subscriptions depend on where you purchased the subscription. Since Mondly uses external payment providers (Apple, Google, or Verifone/2Checkout), the refund process will vary based on the platform.
Before we can assist, please provide:
The platform you used for the purchase (App Store, Google Play, Mondly website)
The email address used for the purchase or linked to your Mondly account
The reason for your refund request
The order number, if available

Refunds for App Store purchases must be handled directly through Apple. Mondly cannot access Apple billing systems.
